With years of experience in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, Angie’s approach is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and a deep commitment to mental health. After personally experiencing the transformative power of mindfulness and relaxation practices in her own life, Angie was inspired to create a space where others could find relief from the pressures of daily life and restore balance to their physical and emotional well-being.
Having faced her own challenges with stress, anxiety, and burnout, Angie understands the importance of creating moments of stillness and inner peace. Her lived experience has shaped her belief that mental health is just as important as physical health, and she is dedicated to supporting others on their own journey toward mental wellness.
