Terms & Conditions.

Liability Release
By enrolling as a client of Destination Happiness Studio, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health & Safety
Clients confirm that they are in good physical and mental health and have not been advised by a healthcare professional to avoid physical or mental activity.
Clients understand that classes may include meditation, breathwork, or light physical activity and agree to participate within their own limits.
If unsure about any activity, clients are advised to consult their healthcare professional before participating.

Class Participation
Clients are required to follow all instructions provided by Destination Happiness Studio facilitators.

Late entry is not permitted. Clients must arrive before the scheduled start time.

Assumption of Risk
Clients acknowledge that classes may involve physical and mental challenges and voluntarily participate with full knowledge of the potential risks.
Clients agree not to hold Destination Happiness Studio liable for any injury, property damage, or loss, except in cases of gross negligence.

Property
Destination Happiness Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Clients are required to handle studio property and equipment with care.

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds
All class fees are non-refundable, including for illness, injury, or change of mind, unless otherwise determined at the discretion of Destination Happiness Studio.
Cancellations must be made at least 9 hours prior to the class start time to avoid fees. Cancellations must be made through the online booking system. Cancellations via email, phone, or any other method will not be accepted.

  • Late Cancellation: If a client cancels within 9 hours of the class, the full class fee will be charged or deducted from their pass.

  • No-Show: Failure to attend without cancellation will result in the full class fee being charged or deducted from the pass.

  • Class Passes: Class passes expire 12 months from the first class attended after purchasing the pass. No refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions will be offered for unused portions of the Class Pass due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.

  • Intro Offers: Available once per person and valid for 4 weeks from the first booked class.

Memberships

Unlimited Weekly Auto-Pay Membership
This membership allows unlimited access to regular classes (excludes workshops and special events).

  • Minimum commitment: 4 weeks (4 payments).

  • Membership starts from the date of purchase.

Membership Cancellations
Memberships can be cancelled at any time after the 4-week minimum with 7 days’ written notice via email.

  • Payments will continue until the cancellation is confirmed.

Membership Suspensions
Clients can pause their membership for a minimum of 1 week and up to 12 weeks per year.

  • 72 hours’ notice via email is required to process any suspension.

Membership Payments & Failed Transactions
Payments are processed weekly via the client’s nominated credit card or bank account.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure funds are available.

  • Failed payments may result in suspended bookings until the account is up to date.

Attendance
Membership payments will continue regardless of how often the client attends.

Media Consent
Occasionally, photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.
By participating, clients consent to the use of these images across Destination Happiness Studio’s online and offline media, without compensation.

Legal Acknowledgement
By enrolling at Destination Happiness Studio, clients agree and acknowledge the following:
Their rights to sue under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 are excluded, restricted, or modified as outlined below if they are killed or injured due to services not meeting statutory guarantees.
The recreational services provided by Destination Happiness Studio are required to:

  • Be delivered with due care and skill.

  • Be reasonably fit for the purposes communicated.

  • Achieve the results that have been reasonably made known.
    This exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence, as defined in section 22(3)(b) of the Act.

By participating in classes, clients accept these terms.
