Destination Happiness was born out of my own personal search for happiness. After suffering a severe bout of depression and anxiety in my late 20’s, I made it my mission to discover what got me in to that terrible state, how I could get out of it and how I could prevent it from ever coming back. Let’s just say I took a holistic approach and tried EVERYTHING! So I feel like I have a pretty clear picture of what works.
You can read more about my personal journey in my blog, but needless to say, after this event, I felt passionate about sharing all the things that really worked for me in getting out of that funk.
