(celery juice is all the rage)
Juicing is a great way to get added nutrition in, to be clear I’m not a massive fan of big fasts but I love including a juice like this into my daily eating plan. Especially if I know I’ve been overindulging, it’s a great way to get you feeling tip top again, and yes it’s full of nail and beauty minerals but your whole body will love you for this creation. It’s also, fructose free, vegan and paleo, so most people should be about to enjoy this one
Ingredients
4 stalks of celery
2 cucumbers
½ head of cos lettuce
2 bunches of baby spinach
1 lime (keep the skin on if your juicer can handle it) Lemons work great in the place of limes too
1 thumb of ginger
Method:
Just pop everything through your juicer, pour into a glass or bottle and sip to your hearts content.
