Jesse Hogan has to be one of my all time favourite people to train with, it’s fun! Jesse’s philosophy with training is all about getting back to basics and moving your body the way it was built to move. So with Jesse, we’re out in nature climbing trees, jumping over rocks, traversing bushland, hills, sand dunes and whatever nature puts in our path.
