Feeling a little down or on the edge of a cold or flu? Try this easy juice recipe filled with immune strengthening and antiviral properties!
Serves: 1-2
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1/2 large beetroot
- 1 green apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- Handful of spinach
- Small bunch of watercress
Instructions
- Juice Everything
- (Pack the leaves in between larger veggies to help pass it through the juicer)
- Pour over ice.
- Drink daily for a week to boost immune system and fight infection.
