Hi there! So glad you've popped by. The idea for Destination Happiness was born out of my own struggles with happiness. I suffered a severe bout of depression and anxiety in my late 20's which lead me on the search to understand how I got into that state, how I could get out of it and how I could stay out of it. I learnt that happiness was something you could practice and get better at.
