We all know the basics of what we should probably be doing to keep our bodies happy and healthy…. Cut down the sugar and saturated fats, trans fats are evil, lay off the carbs, cut down your alcohol intake (omg no! I hear you say) stick with fresh fruit and veg, eat organic, exercise for 20 minutes at high intensity three times a week, blah blah blah blah!!!!
