It’s hard to put into words how beautiful Gaia Retreat actually is, perched in the hinterland of Byron Bay, the setting is one of beauty and tranquility. And the moment you step inside, you understand that this retreat has so much to offer in terms of rest, relaxation and wellness.
While I was at Gaia, I was so lucky to catch up with Gregg Cave, General Manager and bestie to Olivia Newton John who founded the Retreat together with Ruth Kalnin and Warwick Evans.
Gregg is an amazing personality and he truly loves the retreat and what it has to offer Gaia’s guests.
The accomodation is simply beautiful, the treatments are to die for and the food is an experience in itself. And don’t worry, if you’re not going to Gaia for a complete detoxification, you can still indulge in some beautiful wines or drinks of your choice – Gaia is not a boot camp – you can choose how you want to spend your time. There are so many options for treatments, classes and activities, you could fill your days at Gaia quite easily, but you may also be just content to sit down, take in the view and soak in the atmosphere.
Either way, you will walk away a new you.
Thanks for having us Gaia!
