Gut health is a relatively new topic for me, but the more I hear about it, the more I think I need to learn! I pick up the odd kombucha when the mood strikes me, but it has occurred to me through various discussions I’ve had on gut health recently that I need to bring more fermented foods into my diet permanently.
So while we were in Daylesford, we stopped by the Fermentary for a bit of a tour and a lesson in fermenting. The Ferm, as it’s affectionately called, have a wealth of knowledge in this field and can set you on the right path to looking after that gut of yours.
Bringing you slow, organic, raw and living food, the Ferm aims to help your digestion, provide nutrients and improve your overall well-being through their products. The have such a passion for the gut and all things fermented, there’s a lot of love in every jar of living goodness they provide.
