In Australia, at any one time, as many as one in five people will be experiencing a mental health problem. The Victorian Chamber of Commerce has recognised that although we need to support those who are struggling, we also need to make sure that the four out of five of us that aren’t struggling are able to stay well. Chris Mackey – Building Your Tribe

Saltair Day Spa
In our busy lives it’s important to take a bit of time out for ourselves to recharge the batteries. This week, Angie and some friends head off to Saltair Spa for some well-deserved rest and relaxation. Sometimes, there’s so much focus on giving to those around us that we need a reminder that it really is a necessity to take care of ourselves and recharge weary batteries.
This week our resident naturopath Lyndsay Ingleton talks about possible alternatives to dairy. Many people find dairy hard to digest or problematic for their immune and skin health. It’s worth making sure that any dairy alternatives aren’t chocked full of sugars or artificial substitutes. Unsweetened varieties of almond milk, coconut milk and coconut yoghurt are often great dairy alternatives.
