- 1 chopped ripe frozen banana
- 200gm unsweetened yoghurt
- seeds from one vanilla pod
- 220gm milk
- 2 tbsp Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Light Olive Oil
- 4 tsp toasted shredded coconut (for garnish)
