Cut down the sugar and saturated fats, trans fats are evil, lay off the carbs, cut down your alcohol intake (omg no! I hear you say) stick with fresh fruit and veg, eat organic, exercise for 20 minutes at high intensity three times a week, blah blah blah blah!!!!
